The Story of the Mad Batter
In case it wasn't obvious, I love cookies! In my opinion, cookies just make people happy. A warm chocolate chip cookie is like a hug on a bad day- the ultimate comfort food! Cookies are also great for celebrations and they make the best presents. As much as I love cookies, I was getting bored with all of the typical cookies out there. Don't get me wrong, I love a good chocolate chip, but I wanted some variety, something different, something I'd never tried before. When I couldn't find what I wanted, I decided to make it, thus the Mad Batter was born! I specialize in off-the-wall flavors you typically won't find anywhere else. I find flavor inspiration everywhere around me: my favorite coffee shops, breakfast foods, cereal aisles, and I never know where or when inspiration will hit. I like to say that all the flavors are a little mad here, because I have flavors you might not expect or even have ever thought of, but they just work. I promise, all cookies have been taste tested and approved by friends, family, and of course, me!
